Each live-work unit has a ground floor retail space with two floors of living space above. Each retail space has a large window along Williams Avenue with a continuous concrete planter in front.

The retail spaces provide the opportunity to use the ground floor for anything from a workshop to a living room to a dress shop. The spaces have high ceilings for large artwork and displays, concrete floors, adjustable track lighting, a storage area under the stairs and a commercial bathroom. The Live-work unit on the north side has a large window with views of the west hills and downtown and a floor to ceiling window on the north side that frames a view of a large tree just outside. Floors are 8” wide pine treated with an innovative and durable earth friendly finish.

The third floor of the live-work units include a large master bedroom, bathroom and walk-in closet connected to a private deck with massive sliding glass doors and views of the west hills.
